What is Vannah Technologies?
Vannah Technologies is a software company based in Accra, Ghana, building practical digital tools for smallholder farmers and the organizations that support them. Our flagship product is LiveStack, a livestock and farm-management app.
What is LiveStack?
LiveStack is a mobile app that helps farmers track animal health, weight, feed, and expenses — offline-first, so it works with or without an internet connection. Records sync automatically once a connection is available. See our Products page for a full feature list.
Is LiveStack free for farmers?
Yes. Farmers use LiveStack free of charge. The platform is sustained by NGOs, cooperatives, microfinance institutions, and input suppliers who use LiveStack's reporting tools to reach and support the farmers they work with.
Do you charge cooperatives, NGOs, or institutional partners?
LiveStack is currently provided free of charge to all users, including institutional partners. If we introduce paid plans or features in the future, we'll give advance notice of pricing and billing terms before anything changes — see our Terms of Service for details.
Does LiveStack work without internet access?
Yes — LiveStack is built offline-first. Every record is captured on the farmer's phone the moment it happens and stored locally. When a connection becomes available, it syncs automatically. Farmers in areas with weak or no signal are never blocked from logging their day.
What languages does LiveStack support?
Alongside English, LiveStack supports voice input in Twi, Ewe, Ga, and Dagbani, so farmers can log activity comfortably in the language they already think in.
What is FarmBot?
FarmBot is LiveStack's built-in AI assistant. It answers farm questions in plain language and offers guidance on the spot. FarmBot's suggestions are informational only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary, financial, or legal advice.
How is my data handled?
